My January ornament


I'm so glad this SAL was started! It felt a bit strange stitching a Christmas ornament in January, but I actually rather liked it :) And I know I'll be very very happy in November and December!

Here's the ornament I made this weekend. It's from the 2002 Just Cross Stitch Ornament Issue and it's by Heart In Hand Needleart. I chose my own colors and ended up using DMC and Gentle Arts Sampler Thread. I haven't yet finished it into an actual ornament. I think I'll do a marathon ornament sewing evening sometime in November.
